para nako wala man koy problema kung manakop sila aning mga bikers nga nag gamit ug open pipe. but first they should amend old laws or make an specific law that will fit for a loud muffler violation.

As a matter of advise, since the old law PD 96 is not very specific on this new kinds of accessories, the guiding word is, "It must be something not destructive to other motorist such as excessive lighting, startling sounds and other accident causing gadgets". other ordinances were also released in line with this Law. it should be stated clearly in the so call LAW but unfortunately it isnt mention specificaly in the PD No. 96..

Nakadaot sad sa tao no kung naa e imposed na new rules or policy they considered it as corruption. Can you explain further nganong dakponon imong mga stock na tambutso TS? if it meets the standard then you should not be worries, and have you seen the parameters of that policy?
