I am not satisfied with the service in Holiday Spa. Ms V, you should improve the service there. I used to enroll in Fitness Advantage in Waterfront before when you were still the head, the service was excellent. But in Holiday, most of the gym instructors are'nt very helpful. They don't monitor their clients if they are performing the right way. They tend to standby and hide on the sides of the boxing ring. They don't stretch their clients after workout even when they are not attending to any other client; if they do, they seemed half-hearted. Hopefully they can be more proactive to the needs of the clients.
