    Default ISP and Port Forwarding

    Hi,

    Wanted to ask what ISP's allow port forwarding and allow port number 80 to be accessible for the public (web)

    But i don't have any problem with my connection.

    yup... no problem for you but its a problem when you set up your own home server cause it will cause an error.


    ISP List that Blocked port 80.

    PLDT Dsl and Globe Dsl can... i have both home and business plans from Globe and PLDT..

    PLDT and Globe can as long as it's not wireless. Kay kung naka wireless ka sa imo ISP mahulog ra ka'g Locally Connected ra ka sa ila that's why you can't control opening the ports and forwarding them. Correct me if i'm wrong

    depende sa plan nimo... if naka business plan ka open na ang port 80 and other ports nga gamit sa imong business like smtp, pop3, ftp, and etc...

    na dismaya ko, mahal diay net with static IP then business plan.

    hinay pa dyud kaayo 2-4mbps ang download then less then 1mbps ra ang up...

    Philippine ISP sucks!

    By default PLDT block Port 80 (web) and Port 25 (smtp). Naka configure kog Windows Small Business Server 2003 with Exchange Server as email. Business with 1 static IP ang among gikuha. You need to sign up an agreement with PLDT nga ipa-unblock nimo ang port 80 or 25 and you're responsible dili ma abuse imong site or mail relay abuse sa imong email.
