    if i may, i would like to ask a question here on how long have we been doin this thing.

    on my side, im just a novice on this 10 months on counting. hopefully, i could continue lifting.

    kamo pila naman ka tuig nag alsa or nag gym?

    dungan2x ra ta bro! I started out 190lbs now down to 165lbs and I'm starting to see some definition sa akong so-called 'masols' hehehe.

    At first it was more of a need to lose weight pero karon nahimo na gyud ug lifestyle nako. Hopefully ma reach nako akong ideal weight accompanied with strength and size.

    Kinsa to mga naa success stories please post para mas ma inspired ta!
