Lingam massage "not bringing a good name to Cebu"

Local officials are going bonkers all over again over the "lingam issue".

Bueno clearly does not know what lingam is and the SWAC made a pathetic claim that they are "protecting the spa image of Cebu" - their selfish image in fact!

SWAC's leaders and partners can always make denials but what they simply will not tell you is this - they want to have Cebu's spa market all to themselves, dictate the market, raise prices sky high and leave us consumers with very few choices. The lingam spas have been eating up SWAC's market share so much, the SWAC is obviously desperate to get rid of them - through government intervention.

A certain massage parlor located along Pelaez street, Cebu City, offered "lingam" massage but in reality they misused the word to look "professional" and still engaged in intercourse.

By comparison, ALM and Chuva-Chuva remain professional.
