The place where you can find the greatest number of illiterates and dropouts is Mindanao. But you get mad and insist I be specific and not use Mindanao as a general example.

For what it's worth I voted for Noynoy. No Cebuano in the cabinet besides the toothless Truth Commission given to our beloved Davide (amo ra taga Cebu way labot taga Agusan, joke). Tomas a better performer than any in the Cabinet gisnub. Ace Durano who did a good job after Prosti King Dick Gordon gipulihan ug negosyante from Makati. Pero Gwen and family ang pinakawatan sa Cebu giinvite sa oath taking pero sila Tomas and group wala. Sa naman ni?
