    hehehehehe i wonder why everytime there is an attack against PNoy, it is almost always in his personal self. They are proud to be objective people, and proud to have voted for merit, but then they judge Noy not according to merit but personal self.

    i am not sure how to answer the other comment because am not sure he understood what the statement was.

    @mimigs - exactly my point.

    precisely the point again. now you've added davao and cagayan in the list. my point is that, when you say not building classrooms in mindanao because they can manage studying under trees, i said that is a hasty generalization and gives the idea that in mindanao theres not a classroom but trees. there might be remote barangays that practice such, but it could be found everywhere and not just in mindanao. get it? genarilization. generalization. dont generalize. if you want to refer to some regions in mindanao, then please do so. BE SPECIFIC. yes. better list the poor municipalites. but even poor municipalities their, such as Agusan as you have said, dont hold classes under trees. hehehehe. And yes, DID I EVER MENTION THAT MINDANAO HAS BETTER SCHOOLS THAN CEBU? DID I? NO I just said we have classrooms in agusan better than cebu. did i say all our classrooms are better? NO again. the point here IS NOT TO MAKE GENERALIZATIONS.

    and when you said Mindanao, did I ever think you are referring to Davao or Cagayan. NO. because Mindanao is Mindanao Island. You are referring to the whole of Mindanao. The entirety of Mindanao. Or atleast that should be the case

    LAST OT MODS.
    You did mention Agusan having better schools than Cebu. One of the poorest and crappiest places in the country have better schools than Cebu? Paeta I hate my parents ngano dinhi man ko gipaskuyla!

    LOL you take insults to Bisayas and the prevailing inferior view NCR people have on us lightly and it amazes me. Must be the kind of education they teach in Agusan, I don't know because I was educated here my entire life.

    Mindanao as a WHOLE is a poor place, the poorest among the three poor groups of islands in a very poor country. Mindanaoans know how far off behind they are from the rest. You have no complaints about how underdeveloped your province is. You are content with how things are yet you leave your place in search of work elsewhere. Why work at PPA when you can be a farmer in Agusan? Hypocrisy

    What's with your generalization crap, does the formidable "Agusan Educational System" tell you to take everything literally? The place with the worst student to classroom ratio is Mindanao. The place where you can find the greatest number of illiterates and dropouts is Mindanao. But you get mad and insist I be specific and not use Mindanao as a general example.

    By the way your spelling and grammar isn't accurate. I suggest you apply the same sense of strictness in how you express yourself. After all you were educated in Agusan, the place where better schools than any found in Cebu exist.

    For what it's worth I voted for Noynoy. No Cebuano in the cabinet besides the toothless Truth Commission given to our beloved Davide (amo ra taga Cebu way labot taga Agusan, joke). Tomas a better performer than any in the Cabinet gisnub. Ace Durano who did a good job after Prosti King Dick Gordon gipulihan ug negosyante from Makati. Pero Gwen and family ang pinakawatan sa Cebu giinvite sa oath taking pero sila Tomas and group wala. Sa naman ni?

    Sakto jud ka Bro kung nindot pa para niya ang Agusan why migate here in Cebu? Wa siguro ni siya kahibalo nga mostly from Mindanao naa dire sa Cebu kay nangita og greener pasture. Mao ni giingon og pataka lang og hasmag.

    Something wrong? taka man lang ka oi. Nako dili sila ka discriminate kay under man nako sila pero sa kaong pang gisulti diri based on my little observation ingon ana jud ila batasan and majority of them. Specially people from Northern and Southern Luzon. ang pure Manilenyo maoy mga maayo og batasan which is rare na sad nimo makit-an sa Manila.
