1) create more mass transportation like LRT, and Bus.

2) create sub-way tunnel for train.

3) road widening project... road are too small ...

4) minimize the giving of franchising to taxi and jeepney ...
( Have control of the no. of jeepney travelling per district or road )
to avoid also competition between each jeepney driver for passenger
thus passenger will be safer in riding jeepney...
