atong una naa ko..bag buy ko sa breeder ug 6 parrot..not knowing naa diay ko 2 pairs..nanaghan ug maau ug kalit..ahaha..samok nagud

nako ako lagi pro wala ko ka balo kung male ug female ni. mayo unta ug pair ni ky aron managhan.

The Parrot Cichlid is believed to be a hybrid of these pairings:

Severum Cichlid X Midas Cichlid
Severum Cichlid X Red Devil Cichlid
Severum Cichlid X Quitzal Cichlid

At some point I was able to make my pair lay their eggs that adhere to the rocks and crevices but the eggs doesn't mature and then later rots. But I have heard of a lot of people who managed to successfully breed their Parrot Cichlids. Some Parrot Cichlids would readily hybridized with other Cichlids like the Texas Cichlid and other American cichlids. To date I still don't know how to distiguish, so what I did, is I bought 5 of them and then I got the breeding pair.
