I think the nuclear sub was here for R&R!
I have no problem with it. SO? With the capabilities of submarines right now, we don't know if they travel through the Philippines waters. We will never know. The Philippines is not capable of detecting that. Also, the US is our ally. Isn't that included in the Visiting Forces Agreement?

^ We can trust the U.S if they are the ones to pop up a sub in our seas. We're even under a defense treaty with the U.S so there's no fuss about it and also the fact that America has been our longest ally. What's surprising would be Chinese sub popping out here since we do not have a military agreement, treaty or alliance with the PRC.
