precisely the point again. now you've added davao and cagayan in the list. my point is that, when you say not building classrooms in mindanao because they can manage studying under trees, i said that is a hasty generalization and gives the idea that in mindanao theres not a classroom but trees. there might be remote barangays that practice such, but it could be found everywhere and not just in mindanao. get it? genarilization. generalization. dont generalize. if you want to refer to some regions in mindanao, then please do so. BE SPECIFIC. yes. better list the poor municipalites. but even poor municipalities their, such as Agusan as you have said, dont hold classes under trees. hehehehe.
