im not saying na dili qualified ang mga new appointees (because i dont know them personally or their qualifications) but then again, it raises some questions man gud if they were appointed because of their merits, OR just because they helped pnoy during the campaign.

Almost all presidents to some extent appoints those who campaigned for them. And almost all Filipinos campaign for a certain candidates during the election period, so to pick for someone who is apolitical will be next to impossible.

Same with you, I cant tell for sure if they are qualified, am in no position to judge them, nor judge the one they fondly called "AbNoy". heheheheheehe

But one thing am sure of, those are more qualified than the manicurista Arroyo appointed to office.

There may be room for mistakes but just because P-Noy is what they call sort of a rookie doesn't mean he will just use that an excuse for his mistakes. We made too much mistakes in the past.

Any small mistake can cause the country a big trouble. Ever heard of the butterfly effect? that is scary.

PNoy appointed them. So if they make mistakes... its his command responsibility. He should fire them and pick another. Be like a business executive. If this cabinet member does not perform, then replace him with someone who might perform!!!
