    Only under these 2 circumstances will I be in favor of abortion. Again let the "afflicted" party be the one to make the choice and no one else.

    Some might say the baby is innocent but so is the mom.

    As for incest, I am thinking about the betterment of society in saying its fruits must be excused from the ban on abortion.

    If it was Johnny Depp who raped me, I'd keep his baby lol

    Seriously.. there is no black and white answer to this. It all depends on the woman, she is the one who has to raise the child, if she chooses to and is emotionally up to it. Rape is a traumatic enough experience as it is and raising your rapist's child even more so. And what if she's a minor or single? Or what if she contracted a disease or was seriously injured through the assault?

    And if it was incest, one should consider what environment you'd be raising the child in. Should you raise him in the same family or a foster home? Would you tell the kid the truth about his parents? If the child is given up for adoption, then good for him/her.

    if this act will be allowed at any chance then it should not be limited to the raped and incest victims. it should be open to all.

    May it be a victim or not, still its a sin. Then it should be at the discretion of the bearer.

    Its not only a SIN . Its a violation also of the LAW of the LAND . It is MURDER in its innocent and purest form .

    I don't think it's that simple, IMO. If I were that fetus, I wouldn't care; honestly I wouldn't have a clue about anything. But that young girl or woman, SHE would feel every second of it. I can't imagine what it's like to have a baby inside me that is there against my will, to have to raise a part of someone that hurt and assaulted me. It's sick to force that upon someone. In the end, I believe it's still the mother's call.

    @Hotmomma,
    what's your view on this?

    dapat naay choice ang rape victim.. either abort or keep, lisod man sad kung mag dako ang anak nga di pinangga sa inahan kay tungod product ra sa harassment.. ang bata sad luoy, di ma amuma.. may pag di nalang buhion mintras layo pa..

    pero if tungod lang sa kabiga? e keep jud, sipyat?? binuhatan na! di na sipyat! binogo na nga rason hihi!
