If I eat too much this day, then the next day I'll eat less. This works for me because there are some days when I can eat whatever I want and not feel like I'm forcing myself into a diet. I think most people are too strict with what they eat, so they go on a kind of yo-yo eating pattern where for weeks they watch every calorie they eat and go to parties and not eat anything, then after that they crash and give up on the diet and eat whatever they want.

I prefer what I'm doing, because it allows me to fail a few days a week and still feel like I'm following a long-term plan. For me, it's unavoidable for most people to have off-days from any plan in a given week, because of things like parties, dates, etc. The main reason people give up on eating right is because they are too strict for too long and feel they've already failed when they eat too much for a couple of days and so decide to just give up. With what I'm doing I don't feel I'm restricting myself when I go to a party, I eat whatever I want, so I don't feel left out. This is what works for me, I know it's not science but I feel it's the only common sense way to follow a long-term plan. Plans that don't allow failures every now and then just don't work for me, and I think for most people.

yeah, 15 - 30 mins is good. depende ra gyud sa imo goal. like i said, not longer than 2 hours. If you saw Ronnie Colemans Cardio exercise, Thread Mill Walking ra gyud, 45 mins to 1 hour. I never saw Ronnie Coleman run, even Jay Cutler.

mao magdepende jud na sa inyo diet... ang ideal diet pud kay 1lbs of bodyweight = 1 grm of protein... para sak2 ug supply inyo muscle... fi ganahan pamo mopadako ug pagau... patase inyo protein intake but make sure to check on how many fats inyo na intake pud
its because Eric Menk is on HGH. you dont believe?

a Friend of mine Mr. Jonathan Casimiro, sige lang ka Champion ug Bodybuilding, once had a conversation with me.

he divulged top secret information about PBA players going to his gym, like Menk, Taulava, and many others, and He personally inject them with HGHn and steroids. Thats why even they are playing basketball, they still got big muscles.

Question is how can they play inside PBA if their using GH and steroids?

Answer: its because ang Drug test sa PBA only tests Marijuana, Cocaine, and Shabu, and not HGH and Steroids.
