i was hurt by someone emotionally and physically before but wala man ko nag huna2x ug pag kill nya ui..

when i feel like i'm so frustrated or so pissed off by someone, i try to calm myself and go to the nearest church and pray/meditate and think things over..it helps lessen the burden...
