    exaggerated ra man sad ni imo sir..ang wd40 kay itrapo ra man sa chain for the purpose of cleaning it, lubricating it and protecting it from moisture which induces corrosion (hence WD-40 means "water displacement 40th attempt"). WD-40 is flammable BUT dili man lumsan og butang ang kadena og WD-40...only a thin coat is needed..i experimented lighting my WD-40 coated chain with a match but it did not burn up. regarding heat issues, heat would easily dissipate away during driving since the chain is exposed to ram air plus the fact that it also moves quickly. so there's actually nothing to worry about using WD-40. it's even used on aircraft engines when needed.

    accidents happen. better safe than sorry. hehehe why spend more na maka palit man ka og real chain lube for less than a 100bucks......
