For those who are not familiar lahi2x diay ni sila three. Options trading kay i think buying/selling rights on a company. Sakto ba ko rescyth? not that familiar with options.. Then for equities kay mao ni buying/selling some shares of the company. Then forex is for foreign exchange of once currency/money to another currency.
Sa stocks kay TDAMERITRADE then sa stock options kay Tradeking then sa forex I used to be with FXCM but when I found out that I can't day trade(scalping) with working visa mn, so demo mode lng sa until mu retire ko enig 30(hopefully)

UU sakto ka about sa options. It's a contract agreement that gives you the rights to X, either sell or buy the contract to profit or e exercise nimu imong right for a delivery of that X. 1 contract gives you control of 100 shares. D mn tako aning options but napugos ko kay naay rule ang US(UPTICK RULE mn guro to) na bawal mag naked short selling ug stocks na gikulata na pag au.

RSI and Stochastic are oscillators or leading indicators that are very useful when ang isa ka stock is moving sideways. Do not use this on trending stocks kay it can produce whipsaws.

Fibonacci Retracement for me is good only for determining possible support and resistance levels sa isa ka stock.

I'm a swing trader, I usually enter stocks sa ilaha support area and I make sure that they are either in retracement/consolidation. I only buy the top performing or blue chip stocks. Exit criteria is similar to vondave. I make sure that my reward to risk ratio is at least 2:1, much better if kita ko stocks with 3:1 ratio.

Murag nagkadaghan na ang mga readers sa kani na thread. If we can create a group where we can discuss our stocks picks and analysis then the better. Actually I'm trying to look for one or create one but its hard to find people who are into stock trading.
Swing trading is safer and easier compared to day trading. I am into swing trading too. How do you compute your reward to risk ratio?(example unta hehe) Do you guys use leveraging such as margin account and CFD(contract for difference)? kinsa sa inyo full time trading?

Mura diay to siya si Warren Buffet. Early ayo nag start ug invest sa stockmarket. He eventually became one of the wealthiest person in the world.

Lingaw lang ko ni Warren coz kato gi interview siya ingon siya, he was so disappointed ngano late na daw siya nagstart ug invest sa stockmarket. If I'm not mistaken he started to buy his first shares sa market at the age of 10. Come to think at age of 10 kasagaran sa atoa kay wala pa jud sa huna2x ang kwarta.

Hehehe! Cool, that was the snow ball effect. Invest in the Long term jud to appreciate compounding. Dili pana makita karon pero after 10 to 20 years, makit.an jud ang effect. Hehehe! But no one ever give education about this to the Public.

    2:1 reward to risk ratio:
If I purchase a stock at P10 and the target price of that stock is lets say P20. Then I will set my risk at P5. That way the ratio will be 2:1. I earn P10 while I risk P5 per share.

Same thing applies to 3:1 ratio. We make sure our reward will be atleast 3x our risk.

Note: I never risk more than 2% of my main capital on any single trade.

I am planning to upgrade my citiseconline account to COL2x (margin account). Need more capital first to met the minimum requirements. For me, nindot ang margin account coz mamaximize nya atoa earnings potential.

I am not yet a full time trader. Ikaw ya? full time trader naka? How long have you been trading in the market?
