you ask LTO for a replacement (but theyll charge you) or if you want an improvice plate you still have to ask LTO for a permit and you can have someone made it for you i guess in SM their is a store thats make it, some sticker shop

same problem bro. akong plate no. sa akong motor g pa.ak² sa among iro nya na damage na noon pa himo ko ug balik kinsa kabalo dinha unsay processing ani and pila pd ang bayad.
