it may be expensive and risky but just imagine the benefit that this power plant can provide us.

for me its nice to have 1 in cebu but i guess its still not the right time to have a nuke plant in cebu...(1st) we dont have the expertise yet on running the plant, (2nd) even some of those more advance countries still experienced accidents in the plant..so it is possible also to happen here. its very risky, (3rd) is cebu financially capable to build 1 here? i dont think so (4th) it is not yet sure if having a nuclear power plant would provide us a much cheaper power supply...u hav to consider the salary the personnel of the plant would recieve..building it is very costly ( look wat happened to the bataan power plant )

The big question is that are we capable of fully maintaining the facility, do we have the man power with more than enough knowledge to operate and recover from any possible disaster or risk a big bang!

for me ok raman.. whats wrong with nuclear power plant? high tech na bitaw run, lesser na ang problem basta maintain lang ang facility.. buhat pud ta nuclear weapons para maka retal ta sa north korea, ma igo raba ta sa ila missile..
