Dont compare HOLLYWOOD MOVIES in real life . Its not even close and most of all special treatment ra na because of the congested traffic ... who would want to be stuck in the middle of the traffic anyways ?

Lots of my friends uses wangwang in their vehicles for the same purpose ... to get pass on congested traffic . ANyways ... as long as naa kay PERMIT there should be no problem with it . That is what you call being REGULATED pero if wala gani then you violated the law and maski si BINAY pa ka you should be sanctioned for traffic laws .

The point is ... I AM NOYNOY , the PRESIDENT of the REPUBLIC of the PHILIPPINES . I am the bigboss . CONGRESSMAN ra ka , maski SENADOR pa ka . You have to respect what I want to implement . That is the whole issue , not the WANGWANG .... kung ma IMPLEMENT ba ang gipang sulti niya during his oath taking speech .

There's already a Law about WANG-WANG and it's just a matter of implementation.
Politician's are not exempted as only FIRE, MEDICAL and POLICE (OFFICIAL VEHICLES) are allowed to install, use WANG-WANG. Even NBI unmarked vehicles are not allowed to use it. Pero what is!
