I don't know about black but I trust Binay that he will be an excellent leader if ever he will be President. May agi man gud ni si Binay. Was he a good mayor? I think Tomas is better than Binay as Mayor.

Binay did not have the political will to rid Makati of squatters, he even encouraged them.

What was Binay's most significant accomplishment in Makati? The health card for the poor for Makati Med which by the way, the family of Mar Roxas owns? The free tent for the squatters' lamay? The huge and modern city hall with a questionable contract? color coding?

Makati was already what it was before Binay and it can only plateau or progress further because of the revenues the businesses give to the city. Makati is a Mayor's dream city because it is a gold mine in terms of revenues. All the mayor has to do is sit and run it properly like a franchised business, he does not have to worry about income like what other city mayors do.
