Guys, there is a good place for pier fishing.it's in Porter Marina in Liloan. Magpa-register ka lang sa TCE tackle Shop sa Mandaue to get a pass at P50 but you will pay P100 per head/ per entry to the Marina. Maayo didto Kung High tide but not so good if low tide Kay mabaw lang kung low tide. Daghan Red snapper( mangagat- local name) didto ang Barracuda if high tide. Happy fishing to all!!!

basin sa sunday ra mi brod skrynhanter. high tide is around 3-4PM so sakto kaayo. hehehe.

kato gusto mo join, hopefully nindut and panahaon, sulti lng mo daan.

members ra man makasulod didto but a member can bring 1 person to join the group, pay lng siya entrance fee of 100.

Nindot na bai Kay taub man. Daghan fish didto Kung high tide ra ba. Caught a half kilo snapper last Saturday didto. Hooked a big one but the line snapped sa mga bato. Estimated 2 to 3 kilos gyud to kay heavy kaayo even if 20lbs ako line.

@Melodyman...sorry no rod& reels at porter marina for rent.you might want to invest nalang for your initial rod& reel. You can go to TCE tackle shop and select the not so expensive ones. This will be your test if you really want to go fishing as a hobby. There aremany brands to choose from but those that are US Brands are quite expensive for a beginner. TCE had Malaysian brands that are affordable Lang. Or you can go to Tobi's at the SM Northwing and they sell," Ugly Stick-Shakespear brand" which I find it okay. Would want to buy it even if I have already a lot since nice man kini. Have been fishing for more than 15yrs now and this brand is okay.

my wife and i will be at porter marina karong sunday, mga 2pm. if gusto ka kuyog, pude ra pud. usually naay 3 or 4 groups ana pag sundays bro..
