It's everybody's knowledge that Davide Sr. is very close to GMA. I doubt if the Jr. will have the nerve to prosecute the former president.

is the truth commission specifically for GMA only? if so then this is not a good precedent...kung ingani man galing, let us abolish the office of the ombudsman and replace it with the office of th truth commission...for sure, the next prez after noynoy would want to have his or her own truth commission formed....so what for is the ombudsman? for the small time government corrupt officials? ug dinagko na TRUTH COMMISSION na? apil ba kaha si marcos ani pag imbestiga..hehehehehe siguro mabal-an na jud kung kinsa ni pusil ni ninoy...kuyawan ani si noynoy kay basin HE CANT HANDLE THE TRUTH nga dili si marcos ang nagpa pusil kang ninoy....marcos and ninoy were bitter political rivals but marcos was not that stupid...

sometime during the campaign last election, si gwen declared taht she lots her respect for CJ Jun Davide when Davide started to campaign for Junjun, and against her ...
and then there were some comments that such respect mabalik ra na if noynoy appoints CJ Jun Davide to investigate the Balili and CICC scams ...
