When did following the rules OA? When someone don't follow the rules, should we call it cool?

We will have a new president tomorrow. We may or may not like the new president but I think all of us love our country. This is an opportunity for us to help the country move forward. I hope all of us can unite and give our commitment for the betterment of our country. Even a bite-size commitment can make a difference. Our disunity hinders us from making a step forward, let us use na lang our energy to help instead of criticizing the new government that have not even started.
