    Default Xp home

    Can i get RRA at this moment for my xp home 30pcs? cause i only have xp home cd's without RRA... I hope microsoft has a solution for this because after all, they profit from xp home...

    wala na jud rra for home versions, ako man jud na-istorya tong taga microsoft during sa icafe program launching, ngayo nalang jud siya sorry kay wa na siya mahimo...

    biktima pud ko ani kay home version pero naka - move on nako... he he he

    The reason of the ICAFE program was to legalize all businesses using their product, if not, minimize piracy.. Thus, if MICROSOFT REALLY intended this purpose and not merely to earn profit, they should allow those users who already bought legit softwares from them such as xp home to purchase RRA only instead of the whole package of RRA. Otherwise, the determination of whether a software is legit or not is dependent on them and may vary from time time. Put differently, maybe 2 years from now, they will require us again of another offer and voided some of their previous legal offers.

There is a statement on the agreement that this agreement is valid only 1 year from effectivity... i talked to representatives or reseller, although the contract was drawn differently, there explaining was its just nothing, they said dont worry of those provisions, that agreement is only the proof that we purchase from microsoft.. It smell fishy..
