yeah i like but i wan't to take a look at the finish that's why i'm asking when is the contruction will be started because now its already july and the construction is not yet started. i've been there two times alreeady..

The construction has not yet started because the papers are still with the OBO. Fencing Permit is OK. So construction will start anytime soon.
