    better check sa ang updates sa permits basin ghikay pa nila... kung mokiha mo additional gasto napud na, better set them a deadline on when sila maka issue ug permits then let it be written para ma document nnu just in case...

    pwede d i na mr nice na mu-sell cla even if wa pa clay permit, not even ang "license to sell".
    according to the seller, ngfile daw cla, to follow na. sa website sa HLURB, it states na we can recover our payment if wa pay license to sell.. wat if naay problem sa land, unya di cla pa-approvan beh.

    we consulted a lawyer who issued a demand letter to the seller. the seller responded with copies of the title declaration, and copies of the deed of sale between the heirs of the lot owner and our seller. but no permits were shown and no new lot title presented to us. duda nako, wa pa gani na-balhin ang lot ownership sa mga heirs, gi-palit na sa seller/association which in turn they sold to us, even without the necessary permits. pwede ba na? pwede na grounds na mbalik among money?

    since 2006 or 2007 pa gud na cla nag-collect of payment from their buyers then this year or late last year pa na cla ngdevelop sa sub-division. daghan pa gyud cla gi-promise na wa ntuman like width sa road, road to access the subdivision. basta, mkduda sad.

    once again, ask lng ko pls. naa ba mi laban sa case considering the details i posted sa taas. we just want our money back. (which dili nila i-uli.) naa man sa among contract na if mu-withdraw mi, 60% ra ang mauli. but naa man mi reason para muwithdraw beh. gihaguan biya intawn na among money.

    by the way, we are talking about 3 separate lots here. sa ako, my kuya and cousin of mine, which amount totals to a million already... tsk tsk tsk

    daghan2 gyud. kay abot gud cla phase 4, pila gud na ka lots ang naa per phase. hahay.... tsk tsk

    my mom n kuya went to HLURB na kanina, wa gyud daw na cla nkregister didto... huhuhu...
    wa ko nswito og cases like this, but i hope mubayad sad cla interest kay if gi-negosyo pa to nko, nidako na unta to.... gggrrrr....]]
