hi im living at cabantan mabolo..our place is walking distance from ayala..naay newly built nga mga rooms for rent..but each room has its own CR, little space for living room, has bedroom with two double decks..then common lng ang sink and faucet..I guess it would range 4-5k a month..mora sad syag compound with the owner's house kay naa man syay gate so makapark ra imong motor..its just a suggestion lang..

hello...thanks for the suggestion but currently we're living in a studio rm so we'd prefer a house/apartment. one of us is working in a call ctr near ayala, walking at night is not safe.
