Actually chillies can numb your taste if you eat too much in one sitting. That's why I don't overdo it when I'm in the mood for a very spicy meal.

sakto jud prepare ug milk. ako go ayu ko mu eat ug spicy foods even if mag laway na ako mouth sa ka halang then mu stop ko sa ka halang, after a few minutes na ma wala ang ka halang mu eat napud ko balik. in our family kay always jud mi mag pusa ug sili every time mo eat mi then hilig ko mu kilaw ug hot sauce. ako gud na i bahog ang hot sauce sa jollibee labi na mu kaon ko ug steak nila. mu tan-aw gud ang mga tao nako kay pula na ayu ang plate including the rice itself kay butangan man nako ug hot sauce. hehehe

akong lolo sauna, every spoonful of rice+viand, butangan jud na niya ug 2-3 pieces chili(kanang gagmay nga common sa tyangge)..
