It's just a healthy discussion thread bai, no point in getting mad. points have been made. it just goes to show na naay choices ang mu invest sa instruments. mao to ako ponto. of course they will be worlds apart for any apparent reason but with the right adjustments some may be on par. others may find the right sound sa mga strat copies. mao ra to. bow.

Yes, i agree with you. People have choices.Â* Some are content with a strat copy and some are not. I guess i belong to the latter. nope. I respect pov's of other people coz not everyone has the same experience. I don't judge people bro to the point that I would think wlay talent ang tao. how we all came to our likings may come from different perspective but it comes down to one thing...music. we all have options and I'm just opening up sa mga possibilities that despite having a genuine copyright guitar class pwede ra sad ma emulate sa copies. but in respect to the thread topic I won't mention further sa strat copies(RG, Gibson..etc).

so its gonna be tele or strats...my choice would still be strats.

Well SRV used a Tokai SpingySound Strat. Yes a Japanese copy, on some of records and live concerts, there's even a picture of him using that strat in one of his album covers.

A strat for me!! The stock pick ups sounds great samot na if made in US.. All the sounds you can get in this baby!!! hehe

..i am not a guitarist.i don't even know how to use one. but i prefer my bandmates that they use the telecaster. it has a certain "twang" especially during recording plus it's visually cool.
IT WAS THEN THE WEAPON OF CHOICE BY MANIC STREET PREACHERS and most of todays guitar-oriented euro-bands like BLOC PARTY, ROGER SISTERS ETC....thank U....

no comparison, both has its own weakness and sweet spots.
but i do own a strat and i love the feel of it.
but tele kicks ass too..

like they always say, its like comparing apples and oranges.
