you don't know what you're talking if you insist Noynoy should appoint Binay for DILG over Naga City mayor Jesse Robredo. im hoping you're not thinking that Binay is more qualified because of the tall buildings in Makati?

We as taxpayers have the right to complain about our government.

I forgot where I read this,but someone suggested that only voters that filed their income tax will be allowed to vote.

What do you think about that suggestion?
