i think the the problem is really with the store i bought this phone, i even noticed that the phone has no NTC sticker attached in it (diba bawal man mag sell ug phone without NTC stickers?)... somebody also told me na daghan na gyd diay daw kuno ug complaints against CELLPOD...

i guess its a lesson to be learned.... NEVER BUY PHONES FROM CELLPOD!!!

Try reporting it daw somewhere? Cuz it's unfair for you in this part. You wasted 13k for this.

The memorandum circular 200204-A of NTC stated that all cellphone retailers are obliged to have permits from NTC to operate aside from the business permit taken from the city of operation.
All units to be sold must bear the NTC logo or sticker. Units that do not bear the stamp are considered smuggled therefore illegal.

cover paman na sa warranty imong phone...much better report it to NTC kay wala man kha nay NTC sticker.

the bureaucratic red tapes going to NTC also would hampen the repair of your phone.. reporting the store to NTC is one way to bar this store from selling phones that might be defective to their prospective customers, but then again.. the legal highlights of these would consume more time, effort and not to mention money on the part of the TS, since he/she would ultimately have to show and prepare legal documents, sworn statement from the seller and etc. to take this battle to the higher level... if the TS has a strong effort and conviction to put this store to their knees, then I salute him or her for this..

but if the TS would just like to have her/his phone repaired if not replace w/o the need to take legal actions to the store, then again I would suggest to the TS to just get a technician (there are many cp technicians here in Istorya) and just have your phone repaired (for faster resolution to the matter), if in case the phone is unrepairable beyond doubt... then the last option the TS could do would be to sell the phone at a much lower price and learn from the mistakes of not buying in the future, from that store for good.

Lesson learn.. but I thank and laud the TS for putting CELLPOD to the limelight, for other buyers (of cellphones) to rethink a million times of buying cellphones from them....

cellpod store daghan na sila ug problema sa ilang cellphone...customer service dili kamao mo handle...victima nako diha nila...busa ayaw mo palit sa cellpod...kai kana ilang mga phones gray phones na dili na registered sa ntc
