that depends on what you want out of the "lift", or more precisely how high you want it lifted.

there is a shop (actually, more of a machine shop) at h. cortes, very near 2-way surplus, that can lift your hilux by about 2-3" using "copied" lift systems. the shop is carsul steel, just look for Roman, the owner. he knows what he is doing, because he is/was also an off-roader.

if you want to go higher than 2-3", buy a pre-runner kit (available in the US and in some shops in manila like 199 Offroad House). There used to be one in Cebu, sa Downey Offroad, but i'm not sure if he still sells those stuff.

there were mechanics from our offroad days who are very good at lifting any vheicle, but i'm not sure where they are now. hope this helps.
