when all else fails.. after cleaning all the malwares | virus | trojans..and the OS isn't running as it shud be.programs not responding..it means the malware had taken its toll on ur registry.

back-up your files.. specially in the desktop ( do not put any files in that place again! ) and Mydocs ( right click > properties > move location > OF COURSE NOT IN DRIVE C:\ )

reformat.DRIVE C:\ ONLY. now that's too bad if ur hdd is not partitioned...

install AVIRA + AVAST5 as first apps - after installing OS ( do not browse your back-upped files yet! )

install all drivers after the antivirus..

download ccleaner at ccleaner.com
install ccleaner

go to computer ryt click sa imo windows hdd select properties > under tools > error checking > click check now

put tick sa tanan options then click start. den confirm schedule scan on next restart

restart imo pc using safemode
(to enter safe mode -- press F8 ig.restart jud sa imo pc then select safe mode)

run malwarebytes then run imo antivirus ... i.full system scan

remove everything na ma.detect sa antivirus n antimalware

run ccleaner and click run cleaner
then click registry then click scan for issues then fix selected issues if naa

restart imo pc.
