Wala na jud ko lain ikapatambag pa kundi:
(1)Start eating a vegetarian diet
(2)Drink LOTS of water 30 minutes before and after each meal
(3)Do not snack- bisag healthy pa na nga food (TOo much of everything is not good)
(4)Exercise regularly
(5)If you do want to drink juice siguroha as much as possible nga fresh ang fruits and wlay halong milk or any sugar.
