Default RDP and printer on Mac-Windows setup

I have remote desktop connections between a Mac (Client) and Windows 7 (Server).

I use RDC in Mac to connect remotely to the windows computer. It is already connected Successfully.

Now, I have a Xerox 8500n connected in my Mac Computer. I already configured RDC to use local resources, including drives and printers. I can see my drives, but, I can't see my printer. I already Installed that printer before on on the windows computer before so driver is already available on windows.

    Hope someone can help.

Just for clarification. Here's my questions:

1.) Xerox Phaser 8500n connected to MAC locally via USB?
2.) What version of MacOS X do you have?
3.) Did you test the cable if it is working or not?
4.) You mention "I can see my drives, but, I can't see my printer", is it both MAC and Windows 7?
5.) Did you install the latest driver from Xerox website?

Try to ask also our friend Google about CUPS printing. He will help you out.
