if high speed ni nga lane then y ang speed limit nga gi impose kay 30kph raman? Im sure most motorcycles can go as fast as 60kph? I dnt knw unsa gyud reason ani noh pero i think they should also consider that these motorist are also tax payers.

i think they should at least study that ordinance and consult the affected motorist, di kay pa dalus2 lang silag implement og useless nasad na ordinansa.

sorry but, WTF!!! why are we paying road taxes when some roads are being denied to us? do we get tax discounts if this happens?

if naay tax discount for being a MC rider (and there should be. we have lesser fuel consumption, lesser traffic congestion, more environmentally friendly, etc. etc. etc.), pwede ra na sila di magpaagi diha.

although the dangers of the road are a major consideration here, the bigger issue is the apparent unfairness that is happening. it is not fair to deny the road to motorcycle riders this way.

FYI, i agree with the fact that faster moving roads are dangerous to motorcycles and, even if they opened this road to mc riders, i will probably avoid it as much as i can.

that said, they don't have the right to deny my access to this road. i am a citizen of this country. i pay my taxes. i follow the regulations. i stay toe the line and do every thing i can to stay within the bounds of the law. i am doing my part. they should do theirs and give me/allow me what is rightfully mine.

heck, i don't even have to do what i'm doing to have the right to that road. simply by being born a filipino citizen gives me that right!

so why do we have NO ENTRY signs, ONE-WAY signs, NO PARKING signs, etc...if we have the right to use them because we are all taxpayers?

so why do we limit access to some roads, like trucks are not allowed at certain times of the day or jeepneys are limited to their assigned routes...di ba taxpayers man na sila..so dapat ang jeepney or bisan unsa nga sakyanan maka-agi bisan asa...bwahahaha.
