    how sure are you about these statements?.. now im no expert at this but as far as i can recall the human body is programmed to require 6-8 hours of sleep a day.. any lower that that would result in health problems..

    i think dili bro... kay ang mga doctor sa amu maligo man gani cla nya walay mga tulog kay gikan duty.. ^^

    d jud dapat maligo kulang sa tulog..ky mosaka daw sa taas sa imong ulo ang pressure ..ambot unsa tong ingon nila naa man daw namatay ana..likay nalang ..prevention is better than cure...
