I was with a friend who is also my classmate in college when were about to be interviewed. I was the one who was interviewed first. I failed because of the reason that I have 6 failing grades which I think its alright because HE said that it was a RULE...

I was so disappointed. I did ask my friend if he was hired and he did. I ask him if he was ask about his grades and he said it was not even MENTION...I ask him if he was informed about the said RULE and he said he that it was not even MENTION again...

DO HR knows what they are asking for the applicants WHY they do not have same questions if the said RULE was truly a RULE they should ask that to all applicants. I ask other classmate who is already working there they told me that they was not ask about that.

I did check my TOR and found out that i have 5 failure grades and 1 NC..

You were told with the reason why you failed? I think HR never tells applicants the reason because they observe the confidentiality of the interview results. Did you have the same interviewer with your friend?

Right. Now that we are working in one company, we should believe that we all are the best people, picked-up from our school of origin.

Sakto gyud si mystic, we should be proud sa atong alma mater, kay naa nata karon sa accenture, and we are living with the company's core values. Do you think maabot ta sa Accenture kung wala ta mag-start sa training sa school? So, whether its USC, CIT, USJ-R, Siliman, UP, UC, UV, STC, USPF, SIT, Informatics, AMACLC, STI, UB, HNU, CTU, ug uban pang skul, Accenturites na ta karon. Hobey-ho everyone!
