I have nothing against Vice President elect J. Binay (ma black mana sya o brown kaya ra kaayo na ni Vicky Belo lol.) i'm an anti-noynoy just like many of our doctors here in Cebu but i really hate to curse a person, no offense meant (peace) ..... If the position is really for J. Binay then let's just wait and see.
