same question goes where exactly did this virus came from? where did it actually started? until now nobody find the answer yet, that's why they can't find a cure since they can't figure out where exactly this virus originated.. 2nd question, I dont think this people were organized, it might look like they are organize but I dont think they are. and for your last question yes I actually talk to the policemen that was last April when I filled a formal complain to 2 snatchers who snatched my gf's bag in Gen. Maxilom Ave., they're just too unlucky cause they were caught..
