the system are already in place. its just we have to build the correct infrastructure and polish the existing one. wala klaro nga room og mga desk ang mga student.
we have to start from the basic and pick the right candidate of brilliant teachers and administrators. invest more money in training the trainors.

this is not the solution on the current problem, this is adding wood to the problem that is already burning,
what education need right now is more teachers and classrooms...
increase salary of teachers so that they won't go abroad or find another jobs,
construct more classrooms...
image the ratio today, 1 teacher to 45 students and right now some schools are already using 3 cycle classes, 6-10am, 10am-2pm and 2pm-6pm, as you can see each students are only given 4hours, its not because of time but man power and classrooms, if there are more teachers and classrooms the ratio would surely go down, and quality time would be given to each students.

before ko mo agree aning 12 year Education ato sa tan-awon ang atong strength ug weakness sa atong nasud if makaya ba sa budget sa tagsa-tagsa ka pamilya ang pagdungag ug gastohan sa pagpa-edukar sa ilang mga anak nga madungagan ug duha ka tuig ang edukasyon sa mga bata...

mohatag ko ug example:
sa 100 ka bata nga mopa-enroll ug grade 1, din 80 ra nila ang mograduate sa grade 6,
(asa man ang 20 ka bata?)
sa 80 ka bata mopa-enroll ug first yr., 60 ra nila ang mograduate ug 4th yr,
(asa man ang 20 ka bata?)
sa 60 ka bata dili tanan makagasto sa college,.. so, 40 ra ka bata ang nakapa-enroll ug college,
(asa man ang 20 ka bata?)
sa 40 ka bata nga nagpa-enroll ug college, din 20 ra nila makahuman sa kurso sa college...

imagine in 100 children only 20 of them can finished college... asa man ang 80 ka bata? do you think kuwang ta sa quality education? dili man cguro... ang kuwang nato ang panudlanan sa tagsa-tagsa ka pamilya... if madayon ang 12 year Education, think kuno sa 100 ka bata ug pila nalang mahabilin ug mopasar sa kolehiyo?...

so, i wont AGREE ani nga programa sa atong pang-gobyerno, dapat unahon nila ang atong ekonomiya din ang edukasyon ilang tutokan kung unsay mga kakulangan, (classrooms, teachers, facilities, etc.)
-dili man gud ni pangmasa kay sa maka-afford raman ani ug pagpatungha sa mga bata, mao nga uyon ang uban nato diri kay inyoha raman gud side ang gitan-aw, i know nindot ang outcome ani pero daghan sad ang magsakripisyo... if madayon ni cya 12 year education.. din wala tay mahimo.. hehehe!! peace...

ps. i belong to the circle of academe, it is my secondary profession, i was born with professors, supervisors and department of education directors as my family.

so ayaw mo pag palabi ug ka sweto. mag ka tawa ang mga tao nato maka basa. naa pay uban dri mao pa gani pag tungtung ug college mura na ug si kinsa...

by the way, i was once a part of the CEBU CITY DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION PUBLIC SCHOOL BOARD, so ayaw kaayo mo palabi ug tagawtaw dri kay wa mo kibaw unsay nangahitabo sa atong systema. wa rana ang inyo na kita. di na ang immediate problem.

Goal and objective of the said proposal to have quality/good education and save money.

Kung cge tag build ug schools, classroom, hire teacher, purchase modern equipments, etc... mosamot ka dako ang gasto plus limited nalang funds. Asa man tag funding?

Root cause of the problem ang parents with more than 5 or 7 children sending all to public school then ang income gamay kaayo. Trisikad driver ra ang trabaho sa amahan ang inahanan wala trabaho tungod kay wala na eduakar ug tarong.

You have more than 5 or 7 children then ang governo pa gastohon gasto ana tanan pag edukar dako gyud gasto.

Basin sa proposal e implement nila ang Two-child policy like sa Singapore or other countries. Ang gastohan sa governo or dawaton sa public school 2 child dili na ang uban.

Sa Two-child policy maka save gyud ang governo plus mapa dak-an pa nila ang salary cap sa teacher, ma modernize ang mga equipment and among others. Then long term quality like another year for elementary for home economics learning and another year for high school for practical arts mastery.
