you need to spy on her sometimes... not that you don't trust her... u just need to know...
like asking her friends... girls can't resist telling the truth.. heheh.

If you notice significant changes sa inyo relationship, be it positive or negative, be doubtful...
If you really need to look at phones or personal stuff...don't get caught even by your partner...
Ask your partner "Are you cheating on me?" out of the blue... carefully watch his reaction.

catch her/him offguard...
ask him "are you cheating on me" questions out of the blue, then watch the reaction.. makahibaw jud ka sa cheating person based on the reaction..
if she/he is not the type to text a lot and suddenly super text na sya, oh well, up to you to decide if naa sya gi buhat na milagro
if she/he changes her/his routine drastically, better be careful and again spy on her/him
yup i know paranoid na mga suggestions ko.. but because of my paranoia/skills in spying galore, nasakpan jud mga cheaters in my life
