Ako palang ni noynoy noh, maypa dili na lang addan ug 2 ka years sa education. It is much better to include Financial Literacy subjects to the students kay mao nay kulang sa education system. Kasagaran bago graduate ihas kaayo ug FInancial Industries, Banko ray nahibaw.an.

In these century, rules of money has been change. So the solution is also to change the education system by adding FInancial Literacy subjects and removed Uneccessary subjects.

Maypa i todlo ng entreprenuership sa schools, dili lang pang empleyado lang ang mind setting.

Old Solution : You got to college you get a degree, get a job, and retire someday with pension but mostly become broke in these era.

New Solution : You got to college, you get a degree, make a business, create new solutions, hedge your money, create a system, let money work for you.

i dont think adding 2 yrs. will be the solution to the problem pertaining education.. the system itself is flawed but it doesnt mean it can be fixed by adding 2 yrs.

i'm actually a 'yaya' to my grade 1 niece & nakita nako ang problema (public school ni btw).. back in kinder 2, advance na kaau ang lessons pra nila.. in science, they had to memorize the planets already.. in math, they added 2 digit numbers already, & they even had subtraction.. the problem i see in this is that this is not quite effective cause of the 'level of absorption' the child could have in his mind.. the time i had astronomy in class was grade 5, algebra was 2nd yr HS, but during NSAT our school ranked 11th nationals..

dapat dili mag tuga tuga og lesson kung dili man diay ma absorb sa bata.. you could be 'mechanical' & know something but not know the reason why is it like this & that.. there is a difference when you learn something by heart.. & i think this is the flaw in the public education system.. they just rush things too much & the kids dont absorb the bulk of it..

just look at schools like science HS, sacred heart,.. do their students need another 2 yrs?? i dont think so, for most of the time they deliver quality education.. the government should ask themselves these questions why some schools are better than others.. (instead of adding another 2 yrs.), i could give them 1 answer.. in sacred heart, there's a limit to the number of students in a classroom, (about 25-30 or maybe less).. & this is very different from other schools cause they crowd about 40-60 studenst in one class.. the lesser the number of students, the lesser the stress for the teacher & more time for the teacher to address the need of each student individually.. so 1 solution is more classrooms & teachers (not 2 yrs.)

noynoy should rethink, or maybe smoking has already damaged his brain enough.. & besides elitists man diay ni sila, do you think they know the problem of the 'masa'?.. the aquino's could afford education best money could buy, ambot lang gani kung kahibaw ni sila tag pila ang usa ka kilo sa bugas..

daghana nagud sweto sa education system nato... masters degree mo ug basic education or secondary education ba kaha na nag reklamo mo na nag binogo ang ga propose ani? or kaha tapolan lang kaayo mang eskwela?

kay nganu gud ipa tang2x ang minor subjects?

unsa may gusto ninyo? PE nalang tanan? wa pa gani mo na ka gawas sa pag skwela, mura naman mo ug kinsa ka sweto...

ang attitude is one thing, but these attitude that youve been saying are the same attitude that you are showing here...

Mao nay akong sabot ani... ok kaayo nga plano.

bro, wala man ngali ni propose nga change as an end all, be all fix. this is just one solution targeted at fixing a set of problems in the system and i myself see this as a good thing. there are other problems in the educational system of course that will require their own corresponding solution.

teachers. good, passionate teachers. find them, train them, hire them and give them the salary they deserve. i think that's what we need the most. it all starts with them.

"bsan unsaun nato ug eskuyla kung wla ta attitude wla ghapon padulngan", well said but this is not a problem that the government can solve for us.

btw, forgive my ignorance but is Rizal really being taught in HS nowadays? we didn't have it in my time. is it still taught in college also?

i googled mr. luz and i don't think he is someone we could call stupid...
