    unsa nga exercise nga maka pawa sa bilbil?

    nag gym nako... hehehehe... but then i still see this bilbil of mine...

    basta consistent lang ka ani
    sureball wagtang na imong bilbil

    based on my experience,, kung mag gym lang ka na way tarung program ug proper nutrion sa eating, d gyud na mawa imung bil2x..nya ayaw ug tou anang kung mag sit ups ka mawa nang imung vil2x...tinoud hinoun na mka six packs na pero d na mka wa sa belly fat(tou lang brad kay mao gyud ni ang sitwasyun sa akong kauban na kahinganlan pa mo hiyak para makita iyang six packs)....akong advise kay more on cardio exercise like jogging nya pangutana lang sa imung instructor sa gym unsay angay nmo na program...sa kaun pud, nag gym man gyud ka nya mo daku man gyud na imung kaon ana,,,kaon ka ug sakto pero less ang fats....i think g advise mo ug kaon ug food na rich in protein nya kana bayang baboy rich in protein na..hehehehehehe..u can eat tokwa or drink soya milk kay very rich in protein ni cla nya healthy pa gyud I hope my advise can help u
