Why do women love BAD BOYS?

I've read in a women's magazine that women dig bad boys with the false pretense that they can change them but in reality only the person can change themselves. No one else can. It's in the nurturing nature of women to think like this. Kinda like your mom nagging to you about your looks, your dress. bla blah.... the answer is actually in front of us.

My take? Most women are usually repressed especially if they all grew up in a conservative environment. Behind every woman who digs a bad boy is a woman who has strict parents, teachers, siblings.... Underneath it all is the real "bad girl". The "bad boy" image embodies everything she is not and she wishes she could be. The attraction is somewhat an expression - an indirect protest - to her life and a call to a life she thinks she cannot have. That's why, as I've read here in most of the replies, bad boys symbolize freedom, independence and so on. These are things she doesn't have.

These things are something we shouldn't be surprised. It's actually similar to idolizing actors. Another example is us as kids idolizing our friends who have everything that we don't. Diba mas mo admire gyud ta aning mga characters? Agree?

But you know what? This scenario doesn't necessarily happen to good women to bad boys. I, for one, like to occasionally choose the bad girl just to piss my mom off. Masyadong strict pud diri. hehehe...

and deep inside i know nga these guys are really nice. bad lang na cla cuz maybe they're misunderstood. but when the right girl comes along their way, its different

i think it's out of intimidation or curioiusity that drives women to go for "bad boys" or the sheer adventure of it. i hve no idea. hehe.. but i hve to say, they're quite the head.turners. but we must not be blinded by their image. some of these guys are really sensitive and care a lot when they like a gurl.
