but if you ask me, if your RES is less than a year old, feed lang turtle pellets 5x a week (protein buildup), and possibly anara ug veggies (try boiled carrots first) once a week, and live feed (isda na gagmai) once a week para maka-excercise pud sila.

if your, RES is more than a year old, increase veggie intake 4x a week (carrots for the eyes, and pechay as the staple veggie), turtle pellets 2x a week, and if possible feed cuttlebone (para calcium) once a week if dili kai live feed.

balanced diet gyud na and proper exposure sa sun para ma-absorb nila ang nutrients sa food. i'd recommend sera raffy P and sera raffy mineral kai naai vitamin D3 ug Calcium daan.

careful lang pud sa veggies, yaw pataka ug hatag ug veggies kai ang uban kai tag-as ug phosphorous levels na makapayayay sa imong tortols. pechay gyud ug carrots akong i-recommend. kung gusto ka laysho, romaine lettuce (kanang violet na lettuce) would be best. lamian kau na sila ana.

yaw pud pasobrahi ug turtle pellets. too much protein will cause pyramiding, and will eventually lead to liver infection and death.
