naay 50 og 90 sq. meters ang lot area ...pero ang balay the same ra gihapon so dili ko mosuggest ani.

i suggest you get 2 units unya ato lang itapad. just like what my other client did. less than 5K raman gihapon imong monthly amortization sa pag-ibig. this way, naa kay 2 rooms, two toilet and bathrooms, two kitchen and washrooms. imodify lang unya once the units are turned over to you.

naa sa thread start ang mga details sir. and yes, with or without buyers, homanon ni nila ang project by February 2011 which is next year.
