Question :
I have given the Internet sharing to the users on my Lan.
But what i want to do is that if there is any ip of any user like "192.168.0.16" and i want to block this ip so he won't be able to use internet. How can i block an ip?
Answer :
Use any firewall programs.
I am using a Sygate Personal Firewall in my network in order to do this.
to block specific IP.
So basically this means that if you want to block someone's IP address brad just use any firewall programs out there like the one stated above for him not to gain access on your network..
Hope that helps..^_^..

ip lan block is the range of public ip addresses that u can use for your lan, usually it is subnetted mostly at /29. your wan ip still needs username and password. This ip block is also configured in your isp broadband router for internet routing.
dapat configured na daan sa taga isp imong network kay medyo sabtonon kaau ni during setup. This will involve wan ip address, username and password, gateway of lan, usable ip's in your lan and may it be in dhcp or static.
