Absolutely not true. You can do your part by encouraging others to work harder and exert more effort to help our countrymen. Anyway, there are still a couple people out there who are too childish to think about what is right and just enjoy blaming others and won't do any action. Instead, they prefer to stick to their little hole they call space.
