but of course, just because they're not on CHED's list doesn't mean na dili na sila kailangan mag-improve. considering their population og sa mga chorva og charing fees nga gibayran sa ilang mga estudyante, it's much preferred that they perform well above the standards set by CHED. they shouldn't settle nga igo lang mopasar. dapat mas taas pa gyud unta og standards oy.

so kung nasayop ang CHED sa pagorder og closure sa UV, magspeculate dayon ta nga gibayran sila ni Gullas?! my gawd! dili ba ang reason nga nganong ipaclose ang course kay tungod poor performer sila sa board exams?! now ang pangutana karon, consistent poor performer ba ang UV CN sa board exams? the records are there to show it. if they've been performing well, then there is no reason to stupidly speculate na gibayran ang CHED ni Gullas para mabawi ang order.

nganong kahibulungan man nga wala maapil ang USC CN for closure nga dili man sila ang consistent low performer? you can't just order a closure for a course just because they did not perform well on ONE board exam. from what i know, okay ra man ang USC for the past 5 years. now kung magsunod-sunod na gani na bati og performance ang USC CN, then that's the time to be alarmed.

unsa man jud ang process sa pag close sa usa ka course? is it based on the PRC result? have you noticed something sa April 2010 LET results (Teacher's Board), naa ni top nga taga Velez College? Naa diay ni College of Education ang Velez College? So unsa man ka reliable ang listing sa PRC? Unsa ang inyo opinion ani?

Ngano gud tawon ipamugos man gyud ninyo i-apil akong alma mater? Show your figure, pls. Ang bases sa CHED decision ang average passing rate for the past 5 years and way ABOVE ang sa USC.

wa nako nabalaka ani bro.. 1st year palang ko nursing sa una hantod ni grad ko pirmi raman jd libakon ang usc-cn.. hehehe.. pero bahala na proud to be a carolinian man gihapon...

i think dili na mobayad si gullas for something nga dili angay bayaran...he might be rich but he is not that foolish! ive read in one report that CHED chairman Angeles will not make a public apology because the list submitted to his office included UV in the schools to be given the closure order. The question is, who gave CHED chairman angeles the list? is it PRC or the CHED here in Cebu City. My bet is it came from CHED Cebu City. That was why these people from Ched Cebu City made extra efforts to publish their apology. But again, how did Ched Cebu manage to make a list of nursing schools that need to be closed?

Another concern is this: what is the basis for the closure order? passing performance for the last five years? what does that mean? if a school has a relatively high passing percentage rate for the last five years ok ra sila? what if naa ni top from one school pero siya ra pud ang naka pasar..out of 10 takers usa ra ang naka pasar pero ni top sya...unsa man na ok ra gihapon? so unsa man ang basis sa closure order, unsa man jud ang mga parameters ani?
